Do you charge for shipping?
No, We(KC DESIGNS LLC)'re proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on every order within the US. However, If the item has been returned to us by FEDEX because you have not been at the shipping location and even after several attemps to deliver by FEDEX to you and the failure of delivery. After the item has been returned by FEDEX to us, and you call to inquire your order to be shipped again, this time the shipping fee will be added to your invoice.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
All orders shipped to Georgia State addresses will be subject to 8% sales tax. Sales tax is not applied to any other orders shipped to addresses outside of Georgia.
What's your return policy?
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our staff. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Shipping cost on items returned is not refundable. If the return items approved by KC DESINGS, LLC, shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We suggest our customer to insure their return package No written reference to jewelry, diamonds, or any other identifiable luxury related words should appear on package. KC DESIGNS, LLC (www.kcfinejewelry.com) cannot be held responsible for return shipping losses.
30-DAY Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
How to Prepare Return Items?
- If you decide to return your order, please call us to request a FEDEX lable. Once you call a return FEDEX lable will be mailled to your address. It should take up to 7 days to receive it. When it's arrived Please arrange the item in that box carefully as it was when you had it.After item has been packed, please do not drop it instead hand it over to a person at any closest FEDEX location to you. KC DESIGNS, LLC is not responsible with the dropped FEDEX return boxes in case of got lost. Every order shipped out by KC DESINGS, LLC comes with Shipping Insurance same as for the returns. All of the shipping cost including the insurance fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Return items must be the same packaging conditions as you received. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
- IF the items ordered came with the Certificate and either you have forgotten to ship with the Diamond or has lost it, You will be charged $500 for every single carat. If the total carat is 3, the total certificate lost charge fee will be $1,500.00

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We do. Please select FEDEX as a shipping method when you process to check out. The system will calculate the ship cost for you.
Where is your store located and can we visit KC Designs?
Our mailing address is Amerca's Mart Spring St NW Building 3, Suite 6E113 Atlanta, GA 30303.
Due to the security reasons in Amerca's Mart NOT everybody can get in the building. To visit any store in America's Mart you will need a pass. Anyone, who would like to come by our place, is welcome to call us to request pass so as to get in the building. It's very easy, just call us and provide your full name. Your pass card will be ready when you arrive. You can collect it at the Registration Desk. KC is opened every week days starting from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
