SHIPPING POLICIES

***After the payment is cleared the item will be shipped for free overnight with Fedex.
***All items are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery (If you will not be able to sign for the item please call or e-mail us as soon as possible and provide us with the full name of a recipient whom you trust).
***A phone number is required for all shipments.
***Unincorporated / Overseas US territories that do not apply for free shipping: Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands and Guam. International Shipping rates will apply.
***PLEASE NOTE:
* We do NOT ship to P.O. BOX addresses. NO exceptions.
* We do NOT ship to Military/Armed Forces/APO addresses. NO exceptions.
* We do NOT ship in envelopes. All products are shipped in discrete boxes and are protected by plastic bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely.

SHIPPING POLICIES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
***After the payment is cleared the item will be shipped via FedEx International Priority.
***All items are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. (If you will not be able to sign for the item please call or e-mail us as soon as possible and provide us with the full name of a recipient whom you trust).
***International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs charges, taxes, and shipping & handling fees associated with their purchase.
***A phone number is required for all shipments.
***All International orders will be charge for shipping.

WATCH WARRANTY PROTECTION
*** KC FINE JEWELRY, warranty covers only the movement of the watch and EXCLUDES:
batteries, watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations/water resistance warranty.
*** The warranty will be discontinued if the item is manipulated or opened by a third party.
*** Water-resistance coverage is included in the warranty for all NEVER WORN watches. The warranty for PRE-OWNED watches does NOT include water-resistance coverage.
*** If you request a Waterproof Test and Water-resistance Warranty for a PRE-OWNED watch (available only for models produced in 1980 or later) you we will be charged an additional $120. Your watch will come with a Water-resistance Certificate that will remain valid for one year or until the watch case is opened (whichever comes first).
*** The warranty is valid only in KC FINE JEWELRY Improper repair or warranty service performed by a party other than KC FINE JEWELRY will void the warranty.

RETURN POLICY
*** The Customer has a 7 day inspection period to qualify for a FULL sales price refund (excluding any shipping & handling costs and customs charges). Starting time for the inspection period will be determined by the Customer signature on the carrier records upon package delivery.
*** Please contact Us first if You wish to send Your item back for return.
***Please don`t forget to request Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and Form for Your return.
*** For returns or exchanges the item must be shipped within the 7 day inspection period and the tracking number must be provided by The Customer.
*** All returns and exchanges must be approved by OUR STAFF and will need 4 business days to determine if it is possible to refund the customer or accept an exchange.
*** A refund or exchange will only be possible if the item was not used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (this includes the addition or removal of links for the watches).
***The shipping cost is not refundable, provided the item is received exactly as described (also applicable to US customers). The buyer is also responsible for return customs, taxes and shipping & handling fees (none are refundable).
***Domestic customers who paid via wire transfer will receive their refund via company check; international customers who paid via wire transfer will be refunded via wire. Domestic and international Customers who paid directly via credit card will have Their refund credited to Their credit card account.
***We reserve the right to decline a return if we judge the item was damaged or altered in any way.
*** Custom works requested by the customers will not be refundable ( i.e: engraving,change of dials ; water-resistance seals ; etc).

EXCHANGE POLICY
*** KC FINE JEWELRY, reserves the right to exchange any item bought from Our Company within the 7 day period from the day it was delivered.
*** If the item was not used or altered in any way and was shipped out for exchange within the 7 day inspection period the trade in value will be excluding shipping costs.
*** We will exchange any product for another of lower or higher value. If any money differences apply:
a) we will request a payment for the difference between the sales price and the trade-in value, plus shipping, if the product you choose is higher in price; or
b) we will give a partial refund of the difference between the sales price and the trade-in value if the product you choose has a lower price than the original.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY RIGHTS
*** We will not accept the return of any item that has been manipulated or opened by a third party. Returns without an RMA form and number will not be accepted.
*** If water penetrates the watch case and a Water-resistance Certificate has not been issued by us it will result in an automatic cancellation of the warranty and return policy rights. We only accept responsibility if the item was checked and certified by our company.

WARRANTY SERVICE and RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
***When sending back your item for warranty service or return/exchange please replace your item in its original packaging and include all of the following:
* Your name.
* Your original invoice number along with the provided RMA number and the original signed RMA form (you may keep a copy of the RMA form).
* A detailed description of the problem.
*Your return address, phone number, and e-mail address.
***Please ship via a reliable and traceable courier such as FedEx or UPS. If you ship via the USPS please wait patiently as delivery may take longer. For your protection you should insure your item for its purchase price.
***Please e-mail us the tracking number so the Claims department can process the refund/exchange.
***If You ship the item back to Us for repair or service under Our warranty protection You are responsible for the cost of returning it to Us. Once the item has been serviced We will ship the item back FREE of charge. You remain responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and shipping & handling fees if applicable.
***If You ship the item back to Us for repair or service and the item is not covered under of our warranty protection You will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, and shipping & handling fees if applicable.
